We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are only made once we receive and inspect your returned item then we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact us by message or email faithbygem@gmail.com as soon as possible including photos and other information to help us assess and resolve the issue.

When requesting a return, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the reason for the return (for example, the item does not fit)

The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no stains (makeup, deodorant), no pet hair, must not smell like smoke or perfume, and must not be altered in any way. If we receive the item in any form that was listed, customer will be responsible

Some items are not eligible for return, including sale items.
